I love Papaya. It is one of my favourite fruit. Wether it’s eaten as a fruit or drank as a juice or smoothie, it provides us with an amazing assortment of vitamins and minerals. Did you know that papaya can give you your body’s Vitamin C requirements, as well as Vitamins A, B1, B3, B5, B9, E, and K? It is also a good source of Potassium and antioxidants. Aside from all these Papaya is a great digestive enzyme and therefore best eaten or drank before a meal. So make sure you add papaya on to your eating plan this year.
