If you are running out of energy….you might need to check what you have been eating all week. Sometimes when we are rushing to get things done at work, we grab food that gives us a boost of energy….but not necessarily to sustain the energy. Chocolates, coffee, cookies, breakfast cereals, muesli bars, can sometimes be the culprit. So if you need focus today, look at eating more natural and fresh foods. Vegetables are a great source of vitamins and minerals that your body can metabolize easily. Eat well today… your FRIDAY has to end magnificently!!!
