Frequently asked questions

1. What happens in my first appointment?

Your first appointment lasts about 60 minutes. Michelle will review your health concerns, history, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, medications, supplements, and any pathology reports.

This helps her understand your overall health and develop a personalised plan suited to your needs.

2. What is the 15-minute Clarity Call?

The free 15-minute Clarity Call is for anyone unsure if a naturopathic appointment is right for them.

You can briefly discuss your needs, ask about Michelle’s approach, and decide if you want to book a full consultation.

There’s no obligation to continue after the call.

3. Do I need tests before my appointment?

No, testing isn’t required before your first visit.

If you have recent blood tests or pathology reports, bring them along. Michelle will advise if more tests would help after reviewing your history.

4. Will I be prescribed herbs or supplements?

Not always. Recommendations are tailored to you and may include nutrition and lifestyle changes, herbal medicine, supplements, or further assessments.

The focus is on what’s necessary for your individual health, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

5. Are consultations available online as well as in person?

Yes. Michelle offers both in-person sessions at Docklands, Melbourne, and online consultations.

Available times and options will appear when booking so you can choose what suits you best.
